Position Title: Manager II OCIO
Position Location: Salisbury, NC

Principle duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, execute and deliver against a project plan
Manage project financials (capital and expense) and understand project health
Communicate effectively at the team and executive levels
Define project requirements and continuously monitor that the solution delivers the agreed upon results.
Plan and execute a project management process in a way that will ensure compliance to security, privacy and regulatory requirements.
Identify and manage risks and issues; know when to escalate
Work with IT and other departments to identify ways of streamlining business process through technological innovation.
Collaborate with solution and other IT leads to develop project artifacts in accordance with RBS governance and methodology
Manage procurement efforts; develop and direct project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate and manage project team members; ability to align on a common goal
Run and manage effective project meetings
Oversee the work of third-party vendors; monitor vendor performance and compliance
Report and track project status including budget adherence, schedule adherence, risk management, and scope management
Escalate issues/concerns to management in a timely fashion
Process invoices and purchase orders associated with project
Facilitate SOW creation and approval process
Develop management/leadership presentations as needed
Collaborate with PMO and IT leadership to ensure that resources necessary for success are identified and available
Work laterally with other IT teams to the availability of project resources
Collaborate within the PMO team to contribute to the develop and/or streamlining of foundational IT PMO processes related to financial management, project management, resource/demand planning, project KPIs/metrics, IT PMO standards and tools, communications plans, and project reporting
