SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for managing a variety of general office activities, as well as, planning, administering and communicating various human resources procedures for all company personnel.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Analyses and organizes office operations and procedures such as filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.

Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.

Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow.

Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records.

Helps to develop office budget and cost reduction programs.

Develops and maintains company uniform program.

Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness.

Coordinates activities of various clerical departments or workers within departments.

Maintains contact with customers and outside vendors.

Recruits, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
