Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide specialized and organizational support services to assist the Program Management team. He/She will assist the Program Manager in the development of business review materials leveraging data obtained from a variety of sources. In addition, he/she will be required to prepare reports to include data manipulation, data validation/troubleshooting, data formatting, and final version validation.

The Program Management Administrative Assistant will address questions and concerns for internal/external customers which may include troubleshooting exceptions on shipments. In addition, he/she will need to be proactive in monitoring/managing shipments to minimize service failures and maximize “service recovery” on “at risk” shipments.

Other Duties

Provide daily support to internal/external customers & UPS operational teams
Validation of milestone/event data in various UPS systems
Support administrative tasks as directed by CST Management Team
Communicate delay issues affecting shipments in transit to all parties in transportation chain, i.e. Local Management, Origin Office, USA Gateway, USA Service Center and Customer contacts
Review and maintain transit reports in order to identify shipments “at risk” of being delayed and take necessary action to prevent or minimize the effects of any delay to customer
Publish internal scorecards for operational performance
Retrieval and consolidation of data from multiple external and internal sources
Standard and ad-hoc report preparation and generation, as per requirements, as well as data validation
