Reviews and evaluates the National Marketing Center team members' telephone and chat recordings.
Ensures quality assurance criteria is achieved.
Consults with management on how to improve knowledge and service when criteria is below department standards.
Meets with team members to review their score cards based on department standards.
Provides feedback on call review and resolution options to improve services levels.
Documents and reports areas of improvement.
Responsible for operating general office machinery, i.e.: computer, copy machine, fax machine, and company timekeeping system "Oracle" to company standards. Must be well versed in company reservations system, "Clarity," and possess proficient skills in operating Microsoft Word, Outlook, and surfacing the internet.
Completes all required company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned
