Impact:
Leading a high-performance team of 50+ people
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
Implement policies and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and promote sales
Working “hands on” in various Back of House and Front House positions
Ensure the highest quality of guest service
Maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
Job Requirements:
1 Year of Leadership Experience
Hospitality Experience (Preferred)
Passion for Chick-fil-A’s values and Serving others
Open Availability, including weekends
Benefits:
Starting pay of $35,000 - $45,000 per year
